Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Memoora account and the personal data associated with it at any time. We process every request within 30 days.

How to request deletion

Email us from the address tied to your account so we can verify it's you:

1. Send an email to jivani.jevin25@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject line "Delete my Memoora account".
3. Send it from the email address you use to sign in to the app.

What gets deleted

Once your request is verified, we permanently delete:

• Your profile (name, email, profile photo URL).
• Every item you've saved — links, notes, and their AI-generated titles, descriptions, and tags.
• All images and files you've uploaded to your private storage.
• The spaces (collections) you've created.
• Your account credentials and active sessions.

What may be retained

We may keep aggregate, de-identified operational data that can no longer be linked back to you, and limited records where the law requires it. None of this retained data identifies you personally.
